Hingham High School (NEW)
The Hingham High School and Triathlon Team held a fundraiser on Friday Evening May 14th 2010. The event was a bike ride done on the official Computrainer 6.2mile Time Trial Course. It consisted of 3 heats with the results from the night here.

Run Training Group 2010
Saturday's- 8.00am. Last Saturday March 27th was the first run group session for the year. It was a cold day and the numbers were down. The run session went well but we have decided to make this Saturday (April 3rd) the start of the 8 week session. The sessions last about an hour and will provide a good work out that will prepare runners for a 5k, 10k or even half marathon. All levels welcome. (fee of $40 for the 8 weeks). We meet at the Weymouth High School and start running at 8.00am! Send Candy an email candy@caansports.com with questions or for more details.

Candy Swim Video
Soon to be released is the Candy Swim Video. After 8 years of teaching
swim clinics Candy has decided to make a Video that will teach you
everything you need to know about swimming. The Video will be geared
toward Triathlete"s which will help those new to the sport and also experienced Triathlete's wanting to get faster. Out Soon!!
